SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

Our processing times are approximately 1-3 business days, 

Orders are fulfilled from Australia and are sent with Australia Post 

Each order will receive a tracking number, once your order has arrived in your country, it will be transferred to your local Postal Service

AUSTRALIA -  we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50 or a flat fee of $8.95 on orders $49.99 and under

approx 3-5 business days 

NEW ZEALAND - a flat fee of $16.95aud 

approx 4-7 business days * excluding customs and processing

USA, CANADA & UKshipping calculated at checkout  

approx 6-15 business days * excluding customs 

REST OF THE WORLD* - shipping calculated at checkout

Duties charged to recipients of international mail items are determined by the destination country. Because we have no control over these charges we are unable to advise what duties may apply.

If the recipient would like to query any duties charged they should contact the customs service in their country.

US TARIFFS 
  • As of 14 May 2025, the combined US tariff rate on goods manufactured in China, Hong Kong and Macau entering into the US using Australia Post’s postal services will be cut from 145% to 30%. In a joint statement released by the US and China Governments, it has been advised that the 30% tariff rate will apply for a 90-day period from 14 May 2025.
  • From 2 May 2025 there is no longer a de minimis exemption for goods manufactured in China, Hong Kong and Macau valued at, or less than US$800 sent via postal services from Australia to the US.
  • All items manufactured in China, Hong Kong and Macau will be subject to a formal clearance process, and therefore a tariff of 30% on import into the United States
  • These customs taxes will be payable by the recipient.
Important things to note
  • It is anticipated that there may be delays in clearance processing for items sent to the US due to the implementation of these new processes. 
  • As part of the formal clearance process, the recipient will receive a letter from US Customs & Border Protection (CBP), within 30 days, informing them to appoint a customs broker and to pay duties and taxes. The letter will include a link to the US CBP website and provide instructions. US CBP has advised they will not collect tariffs and fees at delivery.  
  • At this time, it is unclear how US CBP will screen items to determine their country-of-manufacture status. 
  • Items which have not had their required tax amount paid within the given timeframe will be returned to sender.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We may offer full or partial refunds and/or exchange!

Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged and not advertised as damaged 

If your items is damaged, please take a photo as soon as the item arrives (within 48 Hours) and email it to contact@littlelullaby.com.au

If you wish to return your item due to change of mind please get in contact within 10 business days from date received for return address. Customers are liable for shipping costs back to Little Lullaby, South Morang VIC 3752

Item must be unused and in original packaging, please keep proof of postage with tracking as we are not responsible for missing items. 
Once the item is returned we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition before refunding the customer  

If your item has been misused or you haven’t followed care instructions, we cannot offer refunds
