Many items are made to order so please allow approx 4 weeks to make bigger items such as the play mat. If you require your order earlier please contact us however there will be a slight fee involved.

Unfortunalty as your item has been personalised for you, we cannot accept any returns or refunds due to change of mind. However if your items is damaged please send a photo of the damaged item to littlelullabypl@gmail.com and we will resolve your issues as quickly as possible. 

All P&H of returned items are the customers costs

Yes! If you don't like the preset fonts please contact us with what you are looking for and we will try our best to accommodate you.

YES! We can send you a digital proof of what your name will look like incase you don't like the font you have chosen.

If you require your order sooner, contact us and we will get you a quote on express shipping.

The night lights come in a white mailing box with the base and acrylic insert separate. The acrylic is wraped in tissue paper and also protected by bubble wrap if your order is shipped.

Due to the size of the large lights, for example giraffe and digger a bigger box will be used

If you want a name on the box please leave a comment at the checkout.

Unfortunately no you cannot change your mind once the order is made.
